Low Light ISO (the ISO at Photographic Dynamic Range (PDR) of 6.5) and DxOMark Sports ISO are similar measures.
Because different criteria is used they report values that are about 2/3 EV apart at most ISOs.
At lower ISO values Sports ISO seems to get stuck at about ISO 500.
The gray line indicates values that are the expected 2/3 EV apart and the dotted lines are plus/minus 1/6EV from that line.
